Enterprise Integration Specialist

The role of Enterprise Integration Specialist is pivotal in designing, implementing and optimizing enterprise integration solutions. This highly skilled professional will lead the migration to a modern middleware architecture using SoftwareAG WebMethods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor an integration team, define goals and ensure timely delivery.
  • Drive migration from BizTalk/custom solutions to SoftwareAG WebMethods.
  • Manage API & Middleware (Azure APIM, WebMethods API Gateway).
  • Design and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, orchestrations and workflows.
  • Ensure integration security (OAuth, JWT, SAML) and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize performance and document best practices.
Required Skills:
  • 5–8 years in WebMethods, BizTalk, API Gateway and integration solutions.
  • Expertise in API development (REST, SOAP, GraphQL, messaging protocols).
  • Strong in APIM, BizTalk Server, SQL Server, Docker/Kubernetes, Azure Service Bus, Kafka/RabbitMQ.
  • Coding skills: C#, JavaScript or Python.
  • Knowledge of microservices, ESB, BPM and workflow automation.
Preferred Skills:
  • Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Mgmt).
  • DevOps (CI/CD in Azure), certifications in WebMethods/APIM.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide integration projects.
  • Agile, JIRA/Confluence familiarity.
