Job Title: Senior IAM Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead to drive strategic IAM initiatives for a leading financial institution.

This high-visibility role combines technical expertise, thought leadership, and strategic vision to shape enterprise security architecture.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive IAM strategy, architecture, and implementation across large-scale enterprise environments for critical financial services infrastructure.
  • Provide strategic vision to identify security gaps, define innovative solutions, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with C-level executives, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure effective stakeholder management.
  • Oversight of comprehensive IAM lifecycle management including team development, technology innovation, compliance, and risk management.
  • Ensure all IAM solutions meet regulatory requirements and establish best practices through continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in IT with at least 10+ years in IAM leadership roles.
  • Proven mastery of IAM, MFA, SSO, and federation technologies.
  • A strong foundation in security architecture, risk management, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large global teams and managing complex, enterprise-level IAM transformation projects.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
