Job Overview

We seek an experienced Compliance Specialist to spearhead our compliance content development strategy and lead a team of experts. This senior role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, driving research, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade compliance benchmarks and automation solutions across multiple regulatory frameworks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 compliance content developers to achieve excellence in quality and efficiency.
  • Develop a compliance strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market demands to drive growth and innovation.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Establish quality standards and best practices for compliance content development to maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency.
Technical Expertise
  • Expert-level scripting in Python, PowerShell, Bash, and automation tools to develop efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows, Linux/Unix, macOS, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure broad compatibility and adaptability.
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, network security, and enterprise architecture to identify and address complex challenges.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Compliance Content Development within Cybersecurity, Enterprise Security, or SaaS environments to demonstrate expertise and maturity.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or senior technical role with team management responsibilities to showcase leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering compliance solutions for enterprise customers to highlight achievements and impact.
