**Job Title:** Senior Salesforce Technical and Solution Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce technical leader to drive the design, development, and implementation of large-scale, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions. As a senior Salesforce technical architect, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define long-term Salesforce technical roadmaps aligned with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive long-term Salesforce technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives
  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
  • Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices within the Salesforce environment
  • Provide architectural guidance leveraging frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar enterprise architecture methodologies
  • Mentor and coach technical teams delivering training on best practices, standards, and reusable frameworks
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with at least 5 years as a Salesforce architect
  • Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud, delivering secure and scalable enterprise solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce features including Case Management, Entitlement Processes, Workflow Automation, Omni-Channel, voice, email, chat
  • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with major cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP
