Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI professional to join our team. As a Senior AI Specialist, you will work with us on large-scale AI solutions and collaborate with an international team.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will design and develop custom machine learning and deep learning models for business-specific problems, including NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, and recommendation systems.
  • Another key responsibility is building and maintaining scalable AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.
  • Your task will be to ensure high-performance, scalable, and production-ready deployment using MLOps practices.
  • You will optimize models with advanced techniques, such as hyperparameter tuning, distributed training, and GPU optimization.
  • You will contribute to research initiatives and adopt the latest innovations in LLMs, generative AI, and automation frameworks.
  • You will document technical processes, architectures, and pipeline workflows for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field is required.
  • You must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
  • You should have strong programming expertise in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
  • A proven track record in building and managing ML pipelines is essential.
  • You should have proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • You should have hands-on experience with cloud AI/ML platforms, containerization, and orchestration.
  • You should have strong problem-solving ability and be able to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) would be beneficial.
  • Exposure to real-time/streaming data processing could be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of microservices and API development for model integration would be a plus.
  • Experience with generative AI and reinforcement learning techniques could enhance your skills.
