  • Analyze the impact of SMAC (Social, Mobile, Analytics, Cloud) on client engagement and service delivery models, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Distinguish established Tier I and Tier II IT System Integrators through articulate and compelling messaging.
  • Achieve annual revenue targets through strategic planning, new bookings, renewals, and product billing.
