About Us:
VVT Solutions Private Limited is an innovative education solutions provider dedicated to transforming learning experiences through high-quality content and resources. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in key markets, leveraging strong relationships with schools and NEET coaching centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
- Provide regular sales, revenue, and expenses reports to stakeholders.
- Identify emerging markets and stay updated on new products and competition status.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network and connections with schools and NEET coaching centers in specified states.
- Good knowledge of NEET Exam Preparation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Suitable for both male and female candidates.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within a week after selection are preferred.
- Willingness to travel within specified states as required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Laptop with Internet Connectivity is Mandatory.
Compensation:
Up to Rs. 6 - 7 Lakhs per annum.
