Job Summary:

As a Business Development Manager, you will lead our efforts in key markets by designing and implementing a strategic sales plan, building strong customer relationships, and presenting sales reports. Your proven track record of achieving sales targets and network connections with schools in specified states are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify emerging markets and new products while staying informed about competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the education sector.
  • Suitable for both male and female candidates.
  • Ability to travel within specified states as required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Compensation:

Up to Rs Lakhs per annum.
