About the Role:

As a Sales Team Lead at Paytm, you will be responsible for developing plans and strategies to drive business growth and achieve the company's sales goals. You will create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement, managing sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver growth. Your key responsibilities will include defining optimal sales force structures, creating sales training programs, and managing customer expectations to contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements. To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience in distribution sales in fintech, banking, or sales, with a strong background in EDC sales. You will be responsible for educating merchants about the benefits of the swipe machine and managing their accounts. You will also need exceptional communication, presentation skills, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to aggressively manage the successful execution of a sales strategy. You will work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in distribution sales in fintech, banking, or sales.
2. Strong background in EDC sales.
3. Exceptional communication, presentation skills, and relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to aggressively manage the successful execution of a sales strategy.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
