Gritstone Technologies Seeks IT Sales Director

We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our IT products and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Sales Director or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
