We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our IT products and services. Duties and Responsibilities

 Develop and implement effective sales strategies.  Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.  Achieve sales targets and objectives.  Build and maintain strong client relationships.  Identify and pursue new business opportunities.  Collaborate with marketing and product development teams.  Analyze market trends and competitor activities.  Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.  Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.  Manage sales budgets and resources.  Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.  Develop training programs for the sales team.  Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.  Attend industry events and conferences.  Stay updated with the latest technology trends.

Skills and Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.  Proven experience as an IT Sales Director or similar role.  Strong understanding of IT products and services.  Excellent leadership and team management skills.  Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.  Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.  Ability to build and maintain client relationships.  Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.  Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.  Strong negotiation and presentation skills.  Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.  Knowledge of market research and analysis.  Ability to travel as needed.
