As a Franchisee Lead - Sales and Service Infrastructure Development, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong franchise channel, driving revenue growth, and ensuring overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit high-quality franchise partners to expand our FOFO channel.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and profitability across all products.
  • Ensure timely and effective customer service, resulting in higher TNPS/EQ and sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in retail or sales industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and distribution/channel management skills.
