Job Title: Relationship Growth Specialist
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client and channel partner relationships, delivering project presentations, and driving business growth through strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong connections with direct clients and channel partners through regular calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct in-person project presentations, walkthroughs, and client briefings to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
- Deliver training sessions to channel partners at their offices or onsite to enhance product understanding and increase sales potential.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales processes and provide excellent customer service.
- Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner at all times, ensuring a positive brand image.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident in handling presentations, client discussions, and training sessions
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Comfortable with local travel for meetings, site visits, and partner engagement
- Self-driven, target-focused, and adaptable
