Product Management Intern

This role involves working with cross-functional teams to develop a scalable and customer-centric solution for identity, application, and access management.

About the Position
  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand customer pain points, use cases, and market needs.
  • Work with Product Managers to identify new opportunities for growing the product, scope out product requirements, and create collateral for sales, marketing, and customer enablement.
  • Support the design process by working closely with Product Design to elevate customer experience.
  • Test and release product features by coordinating with the QA team.
  • Analyze product performance and adoption post-launch and iterate on the same to continuously improve product experience and capabilities.
Key Requirements
  • Experience in product development work, market research, and opportunity mapping.
  • Able to convert unstructured problems into structured ones and communicate them effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Software/web development experience and working knowledge of Agile Scrum framework.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Databases, and APIs.
  • Ability to work in an agile and cross-functional environment.
  • Education: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or Business.
