Product Specialist Position Overview

The Product Specialist role is a critical position that requires an individual with expertise in pharma projects and instrumentation. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for demonstrating Caliber products to customers, conducting on-site build installations and configurations, and ensuring thorough understanding of customer requirements.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work closely with customers, lead project teams, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

About the Role

This position involves providing exceptional support to customers throughout the project lifecycle, from project kickoff to project execution. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

You will also be responsible for executing UAT/SAT, Installation Qualification protocol, training end-users on Caliber Products, and installation of production builds and database maintenance plan creation.

In addition, you will provide onsite support and customer call handling, reproduce reported issues or test cases at offshore, patch updating and maintenance, and execute test scripts.
