Design Innovation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering department, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs and engineering calculations to support the development of castings, sheet metal parts, and plastic components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept creation, 3D modeling, and detailed engineering calculations to ensure product feasibility.
  • Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and create complete product assemblies as required for projects.
  • Support the development of engineering processes and participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks and projects on time.
  • Knowledge or experience in Linear static analysis (FEA) is an added advantage.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of design principles and solid modeling tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
