Job Title: New Product Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of new products and improve existing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex data.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop new products, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
  • Analyze market data, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform product development decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Requirements:
  • 5-15 years of experience in new product development, preferably in the automotive or steel industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as required.
