About the Role

  • The Global Innovation Leader will define and lead a strategic roadmap for global new product development and market entry, driving innovation at the intersection of science, beauty, and health.
  • The role reports directly to the Board on innovation milestones, brand performance, and commercialization success.
  • Key responsibilities include guiding the research, formulation, clinical validation, and production of innovative health and beauty products.
  • The successful candidate will bridge scientific insight with consumer needs to ensure strong market resonance.
  • They will lead brand strategy, messaging, and go-to-market plans across product categories.
  • Responsibilities also include overseeing high-profile global product launches and partnerships with major industry players.
  • The role ensures all products align with luxury brand standards and build consumer trust.
  • International distribution networks and go-to-market channels must be developed and fostered.
  • The position requires fostering relationships with influencer networks, industry KOLs, and strategic partners to amplify reach.
  • All products must meet regulatory standards in major markets including FDA (US), Health Canada, EMA (Europe), and GCC/MENA authorities.
  • Safety, efficacy, and documentation for global product compliance must be overseen.
  • The Global Innovation Leader will recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing global team in NPD, marketing, and commercialization.
  • A culture of excellence, collaboration, and scientific innovation must be created.
