Product Development Specialist

We design and engineer products that unlock the hidden potential of everyday items.

The ideal candidate will oversee contract manufacturing partners, ensuring smooth production and meeting quality standards. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on ground-level execution and is comfortable with ambiguity.

  • Regularly visit vendors and Contract Manufacturing (CM) sites to monitor assembly and production activity.
  • Implement work instructions, assembly procedures, and quality checkpoints at CM sites.
  • Perform on-site quality checks for in-process and final inspection.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering and 1–2 years of experience in production, assembly, or quality in a hardware startup or manufacturing setup.

They must be willing to travel frequently to vendor and CM sites and have good understanding of assembly processes, tolerances, and inspection tools.
