We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to assist our product management team in refining strategies that align with overall business goals and customer needs.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our team, contributing to various aspects of product development, including market research, requirements gathering, product documentation, and user feedback analysis.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, and will gain valuable exposure to the exciting field of no-code development and product management.

This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, requiring regular office attendance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a user-centric mindset, and a passion for technology and innovative product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the product management team in refining product strategies that align with overall business goals and customer needs.

• Utilize AI tools to quickly execute product ideas and identify gaps in the current MSME ecosystem.

• Hunt for problem statements, validate with users, and execute solutions.

• Contribute to creating and updating product documentation such as user stories, feature specifications, and release notes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of market research and solution validation.

• Excellent interest in technology, user experience, and innovative product solutions.

• Proficiency in using late-stage AI tools and depth in understanding how they work.

• Basic understanding of LLMs, thick and thin GPT wrappers.

• Surface-level understanding of fine-tuning AI models and tokens optimization for efficiency.
