Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the cable manufacturing industry. They will be responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, executing go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive budgets aligned with business plans, KPIs, and SLAs for key accounts.
  • Monitor and control expenditure to optimize resource allocation.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts and reports based on market trends and customer demand.
  • Determine the optimal product mix to support forecasted sales.

Business Development:
  • Develop strategic customer relationships across diverse industry segments.
  • Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate target customer segments effectively.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with clients, consultants, and approval bodies.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities for Ducab's product portfolio.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the cable manufacturing sector.
  • Proven background in sales and business development within the cable manufacturing industry.
