Job Title

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, monitoring organization culture and values, and implementing policies to create a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand, investigate, and resolve any employee relations issue at the location to achieve agreements and minimize disputes.
  • Monitor organization culture and values, support policy implementation, and provide a positive work environment.
  • Lead personnel policy and procedure implementation.
  • Establish lines of control and delegate responsibilities.
  • Partner with business and external bodies to achieve company objectives.
  • Ensure timely emergency response within guidelines, policies, and norms.
Requirements
  • Full-time MBA from a tiered b-school.
  • Proven track record of handling complex issues.
  • Ability to develop relationships at all levels and act in an advisory capacity.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, empathetic, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and facilitating skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and delivering pragmatic solutions.
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task.
