Insurance Business Analyst

  • 7-9 years of experience in health insurance, wellness, payments, financial services e-commerce, or insurance core systems with at least 3 years in health insurance is required.
  • End-to-end knowledge of health insurance products, operations processes, and technology systems is necessary.
  • Able to understand high-level processes and convert them into detailed business requirement documents.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end implementation and business outcome delivery of significant insurance systems.
  • Expertise in designing wireframes, UX flows, customer journey maps, conducting usability testing, interpreting feedback, and incorporating insights into subsequent implementations.
  • True team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines such as Technology, Product, Operations, Marketing Analytics teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Indispensable member of the team passionate about operating iteratively.
  • Effective communicator able to present strategy and persuade stakeholders while solving user problems creatively and effectively.
  • Able to identify and track metrics to assess key processes/capabilities in pursuit of continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Confluence ,JIRA, behavioral analytics platforms, BI tools, and SDLC tracking tools.
