Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Specialist Leader in our Insurance department.

This is a key position that requires the successful candidate to assist our onshore team with client service, including contact, administration, technical support and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and efficient documentation across the entire insurance life cycle.

  • Assist the onshore team with client service, including contact, administration, technical support and business development.
  • Produce accurate and efficient documentation across the entire insurance life cycle.
  • Be an integral part of the team and build functional capability in the service center.
  • Address knowledge-related queries, cement learning gaps and conduct regular refreshers.
  • Identify best practices across the industry and tailor them as per our needs.
  • Support senior leaders in developing core content and execution strategy for process efficiencies and strategic outcomes.
Requirements
  • A graduate with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Meet the training requirements of Tier 1 FSRA Compliance.
  • Prior experience in general insurance or financial lines within a broking or underwriting environment preferred.
  • Degree in Insurance (or a related area) or Financial Services Diploma preferred.
