Chief Insurance Developer

An Insurance Specialist at a leading wealth management firm will manage and sell insurance products to clients through various channels.
This role is responsible for driving sales targets and contributing to the business overall goals with self and team. It involves assessing client needs, providing recommendations, explaining policies and coverage options, and assisting with applications and documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the banking or insurance industry, with strong knowledge of insurance products and services. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include promoting and selling insurance products, developing new business opportunities through networking and referrals, and conducting regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, and minimum 5 years' experience in the life insurance sector. Additionally, the candidate should be able to maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions, stay updated with changes in insurance laws and regulations, and participate in ongoing training programs.
Functional competencies include working within standard office hours, occasional travel outside the main office, and flexibility to work outside the main office depending on company policies.
