Customer Experience Strategist
You will collaborate with key stakeholders across various functions to distill customer requirements into actionable business roadmaps. This involves identifying the root causes of suboptimal customer experiences and translating strategic priorities into tangible solutions.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in working with operations data, and experience in high-volume distributed environments such as e-commerce, logistics, or food technology.
About this Role:
- Develop and lead customer-centric strategies across contact points, including voice, chat, app, social, and offline experiences.
- Maintain executive-level stakeholder alignment on customer-first initiatives through quarterly business planning.
- Foster a culture that views customer experience as a critical differentiator rather than a support function.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution (e.g., IITs, IIMs, ISB).
- Approximately 2-3 years of experience in operations strategy/design, CX design/operations.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with operations data, root cause trees, and business impact sizing.
Bonus Requirements:
- Prior experience in startups within B2C, e-commerce, logistics, or food tech with a background in Ops Design, Service Design, or CX innovation roles.
