Streamline Customer Experience

  • Implement best practices for Zuora configuration, automation, and data integrity to maintain high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and documentation to reduce future dependency risks and ensure knowledge retention.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven expertise as a Zuora Engineer or Architect in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of subscription billing models and customer lifecycle management to drive business success.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Zuora APIs, Workflow Designer, Product Catalog, and Reporting to leverage technology effectively.
  • Experience integrating Zuora with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), ERP, and data platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities to convey complex ideas effectively.
