As a seasoned project manager, you will lead the successful delivery of projects that transform businesses. This role requires managing end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects for complex software systems within the Property & Casualty insurance space.

About the Role:

  • Manage project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones, manage risks and resolve issues proactively.
  • Drive communication across stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and executive sponsors.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT or insurance.
  • 5+ years managing similar projects.
  • Strong understanding of software system architecture.
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
