Job Title: Senior Project Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. Their role involves managing resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that projects meet their goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, maintain version control, and obtain client approval as needed.
  • Establish communication channels with clients and internal teams for Symphony Implementation projects.
  • Triage project requirements with the team and implement solutions or seek assistance from management to meet project deadlines.
  • Lead implementations entirely and ensure seamless client handover to the support team post-go-live.
  • Generate change requests where applicable and explore opportunities for additional revenue.
  • Deliver high-quality results within agreed project timelines, meeting client expectations and SOW objectives.
  • Utilize supporting teams such as PE, Support, Annuities, Rules, and Paralegal teams as needed for implementation.
  • Promote process improvements to enhance project delivery and client support.
  • Maintain functional bugs to a set percentage for every implementation into Production.
  • Communicate with clients and management about potential schedule impacts due to client requirement mismatches.
  • Provide regular project status updates and progress data as requested by management.
  • Cultivate knowledge and skills in project management tools and activities like estimation, planning, costing, team timesheet maintenance, and proposal development.
  • Familiarity with design and solution processes is advantageous.
  • Experience in handling fixed-price projects and mitigating scope creep and resource wastage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
