Job Opportunity: SAP Manager

Description:

The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for monitoring project status within the organization's IT department. In conjunction with Operations managers and Tower leaders, they manage and report project status under the IT Program portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop best practices and tools for project planning, execution, project management, ongoing deliverable tracking, communication, and key performance metrics.
  • Presents and communicates updates on critical projects to senior management, including the VP of IT and Global CTO.
  • Provides support for Executive Meetings, Status Reports, IT Operating Board, and IT Advisory Board.
  • Offers guidance to business governance committees on prioritizing projects in the portfolio and related schedules, advising them on existing resource demand and other constraints, project dependencies, and risks.
  • Directs PMO's project managers and team in Governance and implementation of processes, methodologies, tools, and products. Responsible for Project Change Management processes and tools, preparing and reviewing recurring program and project status reports, facilitating the identification and escalation of issues and risks, and managing resource capacity planning across all projects in the portfolio.
  • Facilitates the audit of required project deliverables and documentation for existing projects to ensure adherence to the minimum ITPMO governance standards and the company's internal audit process, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and coaches Operations Mangers / IT Tower Leaders on project costs and delivering projects within budget, as well as travel requirements based on business demands.
