IT Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled IT project manager to lead project delivery, ensuring successful execution of technology initiatives while aligning with business objectives.

The role requires strong project management expertise, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Develop RFPs for third-party vendors/installers.
  • Lead all project phases – initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define project scope, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets, and success criteria.
  • Prepare project estimates and detailed execution plans.
  • Capture and validate business requirements accurately.
  • Create and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Facilitate daily coordination while ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Act as liaison between project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Track status, manage risks/issues, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Monitor financials, delivery quality, and compliance with policies.
  • Ensure proper closure with lessons learned and documentation.
