Job Title: Workday Enterprise Solutions Leader

Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Enterprise Solutions Leader to design and deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions within the Workday platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing financial systems, partnering with key stakeholders, and leading initiatives to implement system enhancements.

  • Design and implement enterprise-level solutions within the Workday environment that prioritize scalability, performance, and security.
  • Optimize financial systems and lead strategic enhancements across Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise technologies while aligning solutions to business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Product Owners, IT Product Managers, Technical Architects, Compliance, and development/support teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Align product strategy and roadmap with organizational priorities by working closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, Workday updates, and emerging technologies for potential application within the organization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 9 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in a Workday architecture role.
  • Proven expertise in Workday HCM and related modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday's security framework and business process configuration.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and design methodologies.
  • Workday certifications required.
