About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader who can shape enterprise productivity with AI and drive business outcomes. This is a client-facing role that requires you to optimize frameworks, improve processes, and mentor delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
  • Bbuild and manage high-value client relationships, ensuring stakeholder trust.
  • Deliver measurable business outcomes and ROI from engagements.
  • Anticipate and manage risks, escalations, dependencies, and scope changes.
Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in IT or BPO within a leading System Integrator (SI).
  • Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple modules.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with hands-on delivery expertise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and CXO-level presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban methodologies.
  • Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks, product, and portfolio management.
  • Certifications (one or more): PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO.
