A Master's degree or equivalent in a related field is required, along with advanced certifications in SAP (preferably FI/CO Module). The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale SAP-related programs, designing finance org structures, and delivering multi-dimensional reporting. Knowledge of parallel accounting, transfer pricing, and material ledger functionality in SAP is also highly desirable. Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or life science industries is preferred, as well as expertise in global multinational matrix organizations.

As a Module Operations Leader, you will be responsible for driving transformational change using IT solutions, monitoring system performance, and addressing both immediate and long-term issues. You will work closely with development and functional teams to configure and implement solutions according to SAP standards and best practices.
