Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR leader to drive our HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards initiatives. This role requires strong business acumen, advisory capability, and data-driven approach to compensation and benefits.

  • The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders to develop and deliver a people strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to senior management on organization design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Leads key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Drives change management efforts and supports transformation programs from a people and culture perspective.
Total Rewards:
  • Leverages expertise to design, benchmark, and implement compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
  • Collaborates with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • Owns and executes the performance appraisal cycle.
  • Ensures reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business objectives.
  • Collaborates with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet business and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
