  • Provide strategic leadership and effective management to the Human Resources team in India.">

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or certification preferred.">
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization.">
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.">
  • Deep understanding of labor laws and best practices, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.">
