The HR Engagement and Initiatives Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing employee experiences throughout their lifecycle.

  • This involves conducting structured employee connects, leveraging HR analytics for actionable insights, and using data to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Employee Engagement: Conducting regular connects with employees to gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance the onboarding experience.
  2. Designing, implementing, and managing engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
  3. Developing and executing annual engagement calendars for all stakeholders, including manager recognition celebrations and team connect initiatives.

Other responsibilities include:

  1. HR Analytics and Reporting: Using HR data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the workforce.
  2. Generating and presenting regular reports on engagement metrics, attrition trends, and employee feedback.
  3. Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform HR strategies and initiatives.

Additional responsibilities include:

  1. Surveys and Insights: Designing and administering employee surveys, analyzing results, and recommending changes to improve the employee experience.
  2. Transparent Communication: Fostering clear and transparent communication across all levels, driving Slack implementation, and sharing regular updates.
  3. Employee Lifecycle Management: Overseeing touch points throughout the employee lifecycle, collaborating with HR teams, and providing data-backed insights on employee performance and engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to create and implement engagement calendars that align with organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in HR analytics tools and reporting.
