Compensation and Employee Experience Specialist

The key objective of this position is to deliver first-class HR operational support throughout the employee life cycle.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, providing timely and efficient administrative support to employees and managers.

Responsibilities include payroll administration, onboarding new hires, managing employee records, benefits coordination, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Payroll Administration: Accurately process salaries, bonuses, and other compensation elements in accordance with organizational policies and labor laws.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the new hire experience, including paperwork, IT setup, and access provisioning.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all employees, adhering to data privacy and security protocols.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations, ensuring seamless communication with employees and management.
  • Data Analysis: Provide insights and recommendations on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, and candidate quality.
