Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage compensation and benefits for clients in the US.

About the Job:
  • Implement and maintain payroll processes for weekly, monthly, and bi-weekly cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with teams and clients to provide end-to-end support, including setup, administration, and troubleshooting of payroll systems.
  • Process stop payments, re-issue checks as required, handle wage garnishment deductions, and monitor ACH rejects.
  • Research payroll tickets and queries, prepare final checks based on state compliances, and implement and maintain QuickBooks Online, Gusto, Rippling, ADP Run, ADP WFN, Trinet, Paylocity, and Justworks.
  • Produce various required payroll reports from respective systems, maintain communication with clients, employees, and vendors, and ensure accurate and timely processing in accordance with procedures and client requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience with implementation/support project in weekly/monthly/bi-weekly payroll processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for understanding client requirements, business discussions, solution recommendations for production issues, and enhancements.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).
  • Knowledge of Form 940, 941, W-4, W-2, I-9, FICA, SUTA, health benefits, 401k, state tax filing, TPA administration, workers' comp insurance, and overtime calculation based on respective state guidelines.
