Compensation & Benefits Expert

We are seeking a skilled Compensation & Benefits professional to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the management and analysis of compensation and benefits data, ensuring that our pay and benefits programs are competitive, compliant with laws, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage compensation and benefits data to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Collaborate with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting.
  • Support the design and implementation of compensation policies.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market research.

The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles, preferably from Tier 1 and 2 Institutes. Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry is highly valued.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
