Job Title: Oracle HCM Benefits Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the configuration and deployment of the Benefits module within Oracle Cloud HCM. This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration of benefits processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and an optimized employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and Implement Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits Module: Based on business requirements, configure and implement the Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits module.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Perform System Testing: Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation.
  • Develop Documentation: Develop documentation, training materials, and support resources for end users.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and company policies.
  • Provide Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM: Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the Benefits module.
  • Strong Understanding of Benefits Administration: Strong understanding of benefits administration, eligibility rules, and plan configuration.
  • Technical Solution Skills: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Oracle Certification Preferred: Oracle certification preferred but not required.
