Benefits Techno-Functional Consultant

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery of benefits processes and integrations.

This role requires a highly skilled professional to support the existing configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Benefits module.

  • Modifying Benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles is a key responsibility.
  • Supporting Open Enrollment and Life Event processing is also crucial.

We are seeking an expert in Oracle Fusion HCM with at least 3 years of experience in Benefits.

The successful candidate will work closely with the SME to ensure that all requirements and designs are aligned with industry best practices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and troubleshooting Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loads.
  • Building and maintaining BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards.
  • Collaborating with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance.
  • Managing Oracle SRs and coordinating with Oracle support for issue resolution.

Key Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Understanding of Benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows.
  • Proficiency in building/modifying Extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas.
  • Experience with HCM Extracts and third-party integrations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard methodologies.
