Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our team.

As a seasoned professional, you will have a good understanding of business processes and experience in end-to-end implementation.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct requirement workshops and map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Ability to identify as-is processes and to-be processes.
  • Build and review functional design specification documents.
  • Design complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
  • Configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules.
  • Work with small and large teams, including SME skills in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, or Talent & Learn.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in the field.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
