Total Rewards Manager

As a seasoned Total Rewards Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our compensation strategies to align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in designing and managing compensation structures, including fixed and variable pay, incentives, and retention plans. They will also be responsible for conducting benchmarking, salary surveys, and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

In addition, the Total Rewards Manager will design and manage employee benefits programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and recommend changes to meet employee needs while optimizing costs. They will also drive annual compensation review cycles, partner with business leaders to ensure fair and transparent reward systems, and maintain governance and documentation for compensation & benefits programs.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to create dashboards, reports, and insights on compensation, benefits utilization, and workforce cost analysis. They will also provide recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making and communicate reward policies, benefits, and compensation philosophy effectively to employees.
