Drive Strategic HR and Rewards Excellence

About the role: We are seeking an accomplished HR Business Partner and Total Rewards Leader to drive strategic initiatives across both functions. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, talent management, compensation design, and benefits administration.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop a comprehensive people strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on org design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Lead key projects focused on employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Drive change management efforts and support transformation programs from a culture and people perspective.

Total Rewards:

  • Design, benchmark, and implement compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
  • Partner with external experts and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle.
  • Ensure reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business goals.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
