  1. Design and implement structured onboarding programs that ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
  2. Develop and track 30/60/90-day employee journey frameworks that capture expectations vs. achievements.
  3. Ensure timely and transparent communication initiatives that foster a culture of trust and collaboration.
  4. Partner with leadership to develop and execute annual engagement calendars that promote recognition, team-building, and growth opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in HR analytics tools, HRMS, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
