About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned resume writer to leverage their expertise in crafting compelling content for job seekers across various industries. With a focus on enabling professionals to achieve their career goals, you will work closely with clients to create professional resumes from scratch, using participant-provided data.

Responsibilities
  • Write and format professional resumes from scratch, utilizing participant-provided data.
  • Support professionals in diverse phases of their careers with targeted resumes.
  • Directly interact with clients as needed via phone and/or email.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience as a professional resume writer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of developing relevant content for various industries and suitable roles.
  • Certification from a major career organization (NRWA, CDI, CPRW, CRS etc.) preferred.
  • Technical writing skills and expertise in writing for technical roles preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Expertise in formatting/designing with Microsoft Word.
