As a Community Growth Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and engaging with community admins on Telegram, Discord, and other platforms.
• Providing detailed information about our platform's operations and benefits.
• Assisting interested admins in getting started with our platform and ensuring they use it actively for at least 7 days.

• Earn Rupees 500 per successful onboarding.
• Performance bonuses for high-volume onboarding.
• Long-term opportunities based on performance.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with community platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or others.
• Fluency in English.
• Self-motivation, responsibility, and ability to work independently.
