Job Title: Executive HR Business Partner

This role is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced professional looking to shape HR practices in a dynamic, people-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations: The successful candidate will address and resolve employee queries and concerns efficiently; track and report resolution Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: They will enforce labor laws, company discipline, and the Code of Conduct.
  • Attrition Management: Maintaining attrition at or below 5% is crucial for this position.
  • Employee Engagement: Leading engagement activities, facilitating action planning, recording meeting outcomes, and ensuring timely follow-ups are key aspects of this role.
  • Performance Management: Ensuring timely KRA sign-offs for new joiners and during internal movements, monitoring half-yearly and annual appraisals.
  • Training Compliance: Tracking training plan adherence for the assigned vertical/process.
  • Exit Management: Conducting exit interviews, analyzing survey data, and presenting actionable insights and trends.
  • Retention Strategies: Implementing effective strategies to enhance employee retention and workplace satisfaction.
  • Branding & Market Intelligence: Supporting employer branding and monitoring industry HR best practices.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensuring adherence to internal policies including Security, Privacy, Zero Tolerance, Disciplinary, and Learning Agreements.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A graduate degree in any field, preferably with a degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, or Human Resource Management.
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR Generalist or Specialist roles, especially in labor relations and employee engagement in a BPO/Call Center environment.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities
