About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Network Support Specialist to provide direct remote assistance to our consultants and local IT teams in India and Singapore. This critical role is essential for the successful deployment of a new enterprise connectivity initiative, with future expansion planned across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to consultants and local IT teams with device setup and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Perform end-to-end router configuration, from unboxing to deployment, ensuring seamless connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot Netgear Nighthawk devices and similar enterprise Wi-Fi equipment, utilizing strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Guide end-users through step-by-step solutions during live troubleshooting calls, fostering excellent communication and collaboration.
  • Manage VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for remote users, ensuring secure and reliable connections.
  • Document troubleshooting workflows and escalate issues to global IT teams as needed, promoting knowledge sharing and process improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Network Support / IT Infrastructure roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Expertise in configuring routers, VPNs, and enterprise Wi-Fi devices, with a strong understanding of technical specifications and requirements.
  • Ability to explain complex router configuration processes (CLI/GUI) to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler, etc.), with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Excellent English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with consultants and IT staff worldwide.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience supporting enterprise or consulting environments, with a deep understanding of business operations and technology needs.
  • Exposure to large-scale multi-country IT support rollouts, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
